Garlicky Portobelo Mushrooms

These mushrooms are great on a steak and they are also great as a side dish.

Ingredients

4
sliced portobelo mushrooms
4 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
4 clove
garlic, sliced thinly
2 Tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped
sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Step-By-Step

1Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until browned on one side.
2Turn and add the garlic, salt and pepper. Sauté for another 2 minutes.
3Add the parsley and cover the pan. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
