Here is my version of the very popular Cocktail Sauce usually served with boiled shrimp. I think it's amazing and may have to make this in larger batches.

Ingredients

6 Tbsp
ketchup
1 tsp
dark brown sugar
1/4 tsp
dry mustard
1 - 2 Tbsp
creamy horseradish (to taste)
1/2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp
lemon juice (or more to taste)
dash(es)
hot sauce (red tobasco)

Step-By-Step

1In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well to make sure there are no lumps from the dried mustard. Start with 1 Tbsp horseradish then taste and add more if needed.
2Chill in refrigerator - will last several weeks.
3Use this in place of bottled Cocktail Sauce and always serve this with fried or boiled shrimp, raw or fried oysters, fried fish, etc.
