*Jason's "Inferno" Salsa

I make this with my 13 y.o. son, Jason every week and let's face it -it's a darned good way to bond and get him to eat his fresh veggies! Esp. in season when we grow our own jalapenos!!!

Ingredients

tomatos

onions, vidalia, peeled

jalapeno peppers

italian peppers
1 Tbsp
oregano, fresh
2 Tbsp
cilantro, fresh

lime

Directions Step-By-Step

Dice all of the vegetables into small pieces; we prefer not to blend or puree it. Combine all ingredients together; squeeze the juice of both ½;s of the lime, then season to taste.
• Season – to taste: ground black pepper, Accent, Mrs. Dash (table blend), garlic powder

Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to blend flavors.
