Low carb surgar free maple syrup

This is awesome, my husband is diabetic and we're both watching our carb to lose weight. Hope you all like this one. Plus it is a lot cheaper then store bought.

Ingredients

11/2 c
stevia (not the packets)
1 1/2 c
water
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
1-1 1/4 tsp
real maple extract
1/2 tsp
vanilla

Step-By-Step

1In a bowl mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water mix to form a slurry.
2In a sauce pan over med high add remaining ingredients bring to a boil
3Stirring constantly add corn starch slurry and bring back to a boil. Boil for 30 seconds remove from heat.can use warm or put in the refrigerator
4If you like a thicker syrup add more corn starch, but remember the the syrup will thicken as it cools.
