DELISH... Brie and fruit spread.. all warm on some crispy nacho chips.
handful of tortilla chips (i used ancient grain chips)
10 + Tbsp
jelly, jams or preserves - choose your favorite (i used raspberry preserves)
1Preheat oven to 300*. Arrange a piece of foil on top of a round pizza tray.
2Arrange a layer of tortilla chips on the foil. Top each piece with a piece of brie (don't use the rind).
3Add another layer of chips on top. Top those with brie, too.
4Bake in the oven until brie is melted, about 5-7 minutes.
5After chips are out, top with generous spoonfuls of fruit preserves.
