Ingredients

1 bunch
head of romaine

pear

apple
1/2 c
cashew nuts
1/2 c
swiss cheese, cubed
1/2 c
dried cranberries
lemon juice

POPPY SEED DRESSING:

3/4 c
sugar
1/3 c
cider vinegar
1 tsp
dry mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp
poppy seeds
1 c
olive oil
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Salad: Cut up romaine. Add rest of ingredients. Toss with Poppy Seed Dressing.

Note: If making ahead of serving, add lemon juice to pear and apple cubes in Ziploc bag. Refrigerate.
