COOK THE BASE: Melt 1 Tbs. butter over medium heat in a pan or fondue pot. Whisk in 1 Tbs. flour. Add 1 cup low-fat milk; cook until bubbly and thickened.
GET CHEESY: Reduce heat to medium-low. Add 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese in batches, stirring until melted. Remove from heat; let cool slightly.
TAKE A DIP: Place fondue bowl on a plate and let kids dive in with b roccoli, mini turkey meatballs, grape tomatoes, pasta, or other family faves.
