Still 80lbs lost and staying for the last 3 years. Never go back, so here is another one of my favorite recipes. Very spicy, so hold on.. Use veggies, or "Whole Grain low fat baked crackers or chips. Also makes a great sauce for fish or Chicken. Stay Healthy and enjoy

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
chopped cooked broccoli
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/4 tsp
ground cumin
2 clove
minced garlic
1/2 c
canned mild green chiles
1 medium
chopped tomato

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine broccoli,lemon juice,cumin, garlic,chiles,and chopped tomatoes in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth.
Add pepper or salt to taste....

Garnish with wedge of lime and cilantro and serve with veggies or whole grain,low fat,low calorie crackers. great with a cold one out on the deck.
