1Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, then slice into thin semicircles.
2Repeat with the tomato, in half first then semicircles.
3Cut open the sweet pepper, remove the seeds and stems, then slice in julienne - thin strips.
4Finely chop the dill.
5Place all vegetables and dill in a bowl.
6Sprinkle with salt. Add the oil and mix well to combine.
