Ingredients

4 c
baby purple cabbage
4 c
baby spinach
3 c
bibb or butter lettuce
1 c
diced tomatoes
1 c
sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp
sunflower seeds
1/2 c
mushrooms, your choice
2 c
chopped granny smith apples
1 c
honeydew and cantaloupe
2 Tbsp
flaxseed

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients except for melons and Cin large serving bowl.

2Chill 4 hours. Add melon when ready to serve. Use dressing of your choice or not.

3I add one cup of diced onion to mines. Use a mild onion. Bad breath but so good for you.
