My friend, Kim shared this recipe with me. It is super good and very simple. It's easy to take to party or potluck.

Ingredients

2
bags shredded cole slaw mix (just the shreddded cabbage with no dressing on it)
4-5
scallions, chopped
dressing:
2 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 c
salad oil
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper
3 Tbsp
vinegar
1 pkg
beef ramen noodle seasoning
crunchies:
1 pkg
crushed ramen noodles
a total of 1/2 cup of any or all of the following: slivered almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, chinese noodles, or any other crunchy thing you enjoy.

Step-By-Step

1Put the cabbage and scallions into a large bowl with a lid.
2Make dressing in a separate shaker container.
3Make a baggie of all your crunchies.
4Pour dressing just before serving, put on the lid and shake the bowl to coat. Then add the crunchy toppings and shake again.
