Anna's StoryThis recipe was given to me by a fellow USAFA parent(Air Force Academy) I grew up hating my mothers cranberry salad which was all ground up with berries, nuts, celery,oranges.. etc. I wanted one with whole berries and oranges. I love this and it is so easy to remember its all 2's :)
cranberry jello (small boxes)
whole cranberry sauce
mandarin oranges (drained )
1Heat water till boiling, add jello and stir until dissolved.
2With a wire whisk add the two cans of cranberry sauce one at a time stirring to break up the chunks. Once that is mixed up well then add the two cans of oranges (Drained)
3I put mine in a Tupperware bowl and cover. Let set over night.
Before serving stir to mix oranges and whole berries with the gelatin.
