Ingredients

bagel
refried beans (no fat)
steak, cooked and chopped (could use ground beef) lean
lettuce, shredded
tomato, chopped
onion, diced
cheddar cheese, grated (2%)
black olives, sliced
sour cream (light) or salsa

Directions Step-By-Step

Slice bagel into three slices and lightly toast. Layer with refried beans, chopped, cooked steak, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and olives. Serve with sour cream or salsa.
