Mama Di's French Vinaigrette

Nice, light salad dressing for the summer; with a slight bite from the vinegar.
Also great for using as a marinade for Grilled Chicken!

1/3 c
apple cider vinegar
2 clove
garlic, minced
1/8 tsp
1/8 tsp
dry mustard
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
salt or less for low sodium diets, or use substitute
2/3 c
canola oil

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine first 6 ingredients in a quart jar and stir. Add oil, cover and shake well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Best if refrigerated for 24 hours.
Shake well before pouring onto your salad.
Will last in refrigerator for up to 2 month. I have actually kept it for much longer.
Do not use Olive Oil, it solidifies in the fridge.
