Cucumber & White Peach Salad

Sherri Williams

Growing up during the summer months my mom always made cucumber salads with onion, vinegar, salt and pepper; it was and still is delicious. I've taken this simple and delightful retro salad and "Loganized" it by adding white peaches & white peach balsamic vnegar. This is one spectacular refreshing salad. Cooking with Love & Passion sw:)
