- cranberries, fresh (or 2 bags)

- grapes, seedless, red (or 1 big bag)
- 3 c
- 2 c
- heavy cream
- orange zest
1Crush/chop fresh cranberries
2Combine with sugar
3Let stand, drain overnight. Discard juice.
4Slice grapes in half, add to cranberry/sugar mixture. Zest orange, add to mixture
5Whip cream until stiff peaks form. fold wiped cream into cranberry mixture. Refrigerate one hour.
