1Drain the can of chicken, I just press down on the lid after I open it to squeeze most of the liquid out over the sink or over the cat's food bowl :)
2Mix all ingredients together add salt to taste but remember canned foods contain salt. Put in refrigerator for at least two hours before making sandwiches
3This makes a great cold sandwich filling, wrap or croissant sandwich. I'm going to try it in a Panini tonight. grilled on french bread. Don't forget to add a leaf of lettuce and a slice of tomato! I found some great healthy whole wheat wraps that with this filling taste a whole lot better. Heat the wraps in the microwave between damp cloths.
