Chicken Salad

Summer is here and no one wants to heat up there kitchen, this versitale chicken salad can be eaten on a bed of lettuce, made into a wrap, or you can add some cooked pasta and have a chicken pasta salad. This is also a great way to use up the rotissere chicken or left over fried chicken.

diced cooked chicken
1 c
red pepper, diced
1 c
green pepper, diced
3/4 c
red onion, diced
1 c
celery, diced
1 c
broccoli, diced
6 slice
bacon, cooked and diced
3/4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
2/3 c
mayonaise, or just until moistened
2 Tbsp
ranch seasoning mix
1 Tbsp
bacon salt
1 tsp
grill mates smokehouse maple seasoning


1Mix all ingredients in medium size bowl.
