I started putting this together for lunch this week and love it. It's low fat, filling and very tasty.

romaine lettuce cut
1/4 c
black olives sliced (can use any olive you would like)
1 Tbsp
sweet red onion chopped
1/4 c
yellow cherry tomatoes halved
1/4 c
red pepper diced
1/8 c
athens fat free feta
2 slice
lean roast beef cut in 1/2 but 1" pieces
kosher salt to taste
fresh ground pepper to taste
italian seasoning to taste
1/2 Tbsp
gianni's six-mushroom white truffle balsamic vinaigrette
1 Tbsp
light house fat free blue berry pamagrante vinegrette

Mix all ingredients and toss.
