not your average turkey burger, these are yummy, tasting turkey burgers. I like to serve these with lettuce, tomato, and tzatziki sauce in a fresh warm pita.

Ingredients

eggs, beaten
2 clove
garlic, minced

feta cheese

(10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 tsp
oregano, dried
2 lb
ground turkey
8 oz
plain or greek yogurt
2 Tbsp
extra olive oil
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 Tbsp
fresh dill
3 clove
garlic, minced

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate.

While the grill is preheating, mix together eggs, garlic, feta cheese, spinach, and turkey in a large bowl until well combined; form into 6-8 patties.

Cook on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center, 15 to 20 minutes.

to make a simple Tzatziki Sauce:

In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill and garlic. Blend thoroughly and serve.
