Ingredients

2 Tbsp
vegetable or canola oil
4
pork chops, 1/4"-thick
3 c
day-old french bread, cubed
1/4 c
melted butter
1/4 c
chicken broth
2 Tbsp
chopped celery
2 Tbsp
chopped onion
1/4 tsp
poultry seasoning
1 can(s)
reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350. In lg skillet over med-high heat brown chops in oil on both sides. Place chops in lg baking dish.
2In lg bowl, toss bread cubes, butter, broth, celery, onion and seasoning together. Place heaping mounds of dressing on top of chops.
3In bowl, whisk together soup and 1/3 cup water. Pour over chops and stuffing. Cover w/ foil, bake 30 mins. Uncover and bake 10 more mins.
