You can use Gluten Free Bisquick for those that are Celiac or eating Gluten Free! This is good to use with dinner or any meal!

Ingredients

1 lb
hot sausage, uncooked ( don't need it to be hot, it can be medium etc)
8 oz
cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c
bisquick ( can get the gluten free if you prefer )
4 oz
cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients until well combined. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place balls into muffin pans that has been sprayed. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until brown. Sausage balls may be frozen uncooked. If baking frozen, add a few minutes to the baking time.
