This sounds good, Bob. I always put Ro-Tel in my chili, too. And I love the idea of using the sweet Italian sausage! A keeper!

Bob, you have really been posting some good recipes. Those recipes that I posted for BBQ sauce & rub are really good. The Neely's are famous for their BBQ restautrant. I don't know if you are familiar with them or not. They come on the food network. They're black, and they can really cook good. Pat does a lot of grilling. The rub & sauce are the best I have ever tried. We do more boston butts with this recipe than anything else. We cook them really slow all night. (" Here is a little tip that a BBQ Pro gave us.") You may already know this. When they get done. Wrap them up good in tin foil and put them in a ice chest or cooler what ever you want to call it,( "NO ICE ") just the cooler. It will help to keep them hot and juicy, till you get ready to chopped up. Really, really good. When I was asking about the heart, you see the red heart between your enevlope & blue ribbon. When I log In, I can have a heart beside of my enevlope, & then it disappears. See I don't have one now. I see everyone else has got one. When I joined I started with a comment in the welcome wagon, where it said start discussion. Should I have joined somewhere else first? I'm just puzzled about this.
