My Boys love Ramen noodles, so do I.You can't beat the convience, but the seasoning packets are a buzz kill, pure sodium. Kick those packets to the curb, and make those noodles shine with homemade goodness. You can add a plethora of ingredients, but the gold star is great, richly flavored stock, don't skimp. When it's crunch time I can serve this in under 30 minutes.
Gather your ingredients ,put your stock on letting it reduce to the flavor suits you. Place ramen in the stock add the butter, turn it off and cover with a lid. Meanhile take the remaining ingredients, cut into bite size pieces and add to the pot, with the exception of green onions, which are added at the end. cover with lid and heat through, 20 minutes. Serve
