Sherry's easy, healthy lasagna

- lasagna noodles
- 1 lb
- bulk italian-style hot turkey sausages
- 4 c
- reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 15 oz conatiner part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1/3 c
- grated parmesan cheese
- 1 large
- 1/2 tsp
- dried basil
- 1/2 tsp
- 28 oz jars prego marinara sauce
1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9 " x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Cook lasagna noodles as directed, drain and cool.
2In lg skillet, cook sausages over med-high heat, until no longer pink, breaking up sausage as you cook. set aside in a lg bowl to cool. Add 3 cups mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, and parmesan cheese. Add the egg, basil and pepper. Mix well.
3Spread 1 cup sauce into bottom of pan. Place 3 noodles over sauce. Spread 1/3 of the cheese mix over noodles. Pour 1 cup sauce over cheese mix. Place 3 noodles over sauce. repeat layers. Spoon remaining sauce over noodles. Cover tightly w/ foil and bake 1 hr. remove foil and sprinkle lasagna w/ remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese melts, about 5 mins.
