Ingredients

canned or fresh soybeans
2 Tbsp
oil

large onion, diced

large garlic clove, mashed

millet, cooked

soy sauce

miso paste
1 Tbsp
tomato paste
2 Tbsp
ketshup

egg
1/4 c
wheatgerm
1/2 c
flour
3 Tbsp
parsley

basil leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp
rosemary, dried
salt & pepper to taste

Mash soybeans

Saute other veggies in oil.

Cook until ingredients are dry.

Add beaten egg, wheat germ, flour and herbs.
