Ingredients

1/2 lb
canned or fresh soybeans
2 Tbsp
oil

large onion, diced

large garlic clove, mashed
1 c
millet, cooked
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
miso paste
1 Tbsp
tomato paste
2 Tbsp
ketshup
1
egg
1/4 c
wheatgerm
1/2 c
flour
3 Tbsp
parsley
4
basil leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp
rosemary, dried
salt & pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Mash soybeans
2Saute other veggies in oil.
3Cook until ingredients are dry.
4Add beaten egg, wheat germ, flour and herbs.
5Make into patties and fry in oil.
