| 2 slc | sourdough bread |
| 3 tsp | softened butter Visit GoBoldWithButter.com

| 4 oz | brie, sliced in 4 slices |
| 1 | ripe pear, peeled and sliced |
| 1 Tbsp | apricot preserves |
| 1 Tbsp | potato chips, crushed |
| dipping sauce: | |
| 2 tsp | each, apricot jam and sweet hot thai chili sauce |

This is a nice combo. Pears and Brie have been paired up for a long time.
If you decide to make this, be sure to include the dipping sauce, it really makes this sing.

Directions
Spread softened butter on each slice of bread.
Spread the preserves on one of the unbuttered sides.
Arrange brie on one unbuttered side, and top with desired number of pear slices.
Crush potato chips and put on top of sammie.
Grill on med low heat until brie is all melted and bread is golden.
Mix up dipping sauce, it's just equal amounts of hot sweet Thai chili sauce and apricot preserves. This really makes the sandwich sparkle.
