Shrimp Baked Casserole "Garithes Youvetsi"

Maria *

Youvetsi is the name of a round deep earthware dish in which the food is baked. Of course this dish can be cooked in any ovenproof dish or dutch oven. This delicious dish is a summer favorite in all areas of Greece especially the islands. Don't forget the fresh bread & wine:) Hope you try it and like it as much as my family does!
