Pan Fry

Ingredients

1 can(s)
pink salmon
1 1/2 c
instant minute rice
1 1/2 c
water
2
eggs
salt & pepper to taste, go easy on the salt since using saltine crackers
margarine or butter for frying

Directions Step-By-Step

Bring water to boil, add rice and cover. Take off of the burner and let rice swell up.

Mean while, remove salmon from can and debone, and take off any loose flesh. Crumble in a large bowl. Add: salt & pepper, eggs, crushed saltine crackers and cooled rice.

Heat fat in a skillet and place formed "burgers" in the skillet. Fry till golden brown and then turn browning the other side. Transfer to another dish and continue to fry remaining burgers. Enjoy!!

Note: If mixture is too dry, add another egg to mixture.
