cod filets

IN ONE BOWL PUT EQUAL PARTS OF

parmesan cheese
bread crumbs, seasoned

IN ANOTHER BOWL COMBINE EQUAL PARTS

beaten egg
jalapeño jelly

Step-By-Step

1Do what I forgot and dry your fish so the breading sticks better
2Dredge through the egg mix and then through the dry mix and fry or bake until golden brown. Fish doesn't take that long
