Ingredients

3 large
boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 pkg
goya sazon seasoning
2 tsp
onion powder
2 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
fresh black pepper
1/2 stick
butter
olive oil spray
2 pkg
16oz frozen stir fry veggies
1 Tbsp
sesame seeds
2 Tbsp
oyster sauce
2 c
rice, cooked

Step-By-Step

1Cook rice according to package directions ,set aside. Season chicken with the sazon. In a skillet spray with olive oil and add the butter. When oil/butter mixture is bubbling, add chicken breast and brown well on both sides, remove from pan.
2In the pan you sautéed your chicken in add stir fry veggies to residual ingredients left in the pan. Add sesame seeds and oyster sauce. If additional liquid is needed. Add I cup of low sodium chicken stock and heat through.
3Return chicken to the pan with veggies and heat through. Serve over hot rice.
