Cook rice according to package directions ,set aside. Season chicken with the sazon. In a skillet spray with olive oil and add the butter. When oil/butter mixture is bubbling, add chicken breast and brown well on both sides, remove from pan.
In the pan you sautéed your chicken in add stir fry veggies to residual ingredients left in the pan. Add sesame seeds and oyster sauce. If additional liquid is needed. Add I cup of low sodium chicken stock and heat through.
Return chicken to the pan with veggies and heat through. Serve over hot rice.
