Roast Chicken witrh pork, onion and sage stuffing

This is a nice Chicken dinner to make , little work with it . just pop into the oven and leave to cook for a hour and half ..
The pork stuffing just compliments everything ..

Ingredients

1
meduim chicken
6 oz
ground pork
1 c
50g bread crumds
1
small onion finely chopped
2 tsp
dried sage
salt and pepper
1 stick
100g butter
parsley flakes to garnish

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 180c/350f .
Mix the pork, breadcrumbs, onions, and stage. Season with salt and pepper and stuff into the cavity of the chicken..
2Smear the chicken with butter ,sprinkle with salt and cracked black pepper and place in a roasting tin . Roast the chicken for 1- 1/2 hours , blasting with the juices every 30 minutes . Then when the time is up check the chicken with a skewer , insert into the thickest part of the thigh and the juices should run clear ..sprinkle some parley over the top ..
