- head of garlic, peeled and separated
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 tsp
- ground nutmeg
- 1 c
- orange juice
- 1 pinch
1In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2Add the chicken to the skillet and saute until cooked through, about 5-8 minutes, turning once.
3Meanwhile, crush the garlic along with the nutmeg in a mortar and pestle. Add to the chicken along with the orange juice. Cook until the juice cooks out, about 5 minutes. Season with salt.
