Ingredients

6 small
boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 slice
deli fresh smoked ham
6 slice
extra thin swiss cheese
2 c
tightly packed baby spinach leaves
1
red pepper, cut into strips
1 can(s)
(10-3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 c
sour cream
1 Tbsp
grey poupon dijon mustard
1 c
croutons, coarsely crushed

Step-By-Step

1Place the chicken breasts in a 13x9" sprayed baking dish; top with ham, cheese, spinach and peppers.

2In a medium bowl, mix soup, sour cream and mustard until blended. Spoon over ingredients in baking dish; spread to evenly cover all ingredients. Top with crushed croutons.

3Bake in a preheated 400ยบ oven for 25 minutes or until chicken is done and remaining ingredients are heated through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
