This recipe doesn't require much preperation and is healthy and yet delicious. I like to use boneless chicken breast, but you can use whatever parts you favor.The photo displayed with directions is with chicken and seperately with slices of ham which is equally as good if you don't care for chicken, as my mother, so I often times adjust a chicken recipe to suit her.

Ingredients

1 pkg
chicken
1/2 medium
green bell pepper
1/2 medium
red bell pepper
1/2 medium
orange bell pepper
1/2 medium
yellow bell pepper
1/2-3/4 bottle
low fat asian sesame salad dressing
1 small can(s)
chunk pineapple (drained)
1 small can(s)
mandarin oranges (drained)
to taste pinch
salt & pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350° and foil a baking pan

Wash and season raw meat, chop bell peppers

Put chicken in baking pan and pour Asian sesame salad dressing over the chicken and add pineapple, then cover with foil

Bake approximately 35 minutes, basting occasionally

Remove from oven, add bell peppers and mandarin orange, cover and continue baking an additional 10-15 minutes

Serve with steamed jasmine rice
