Simple No Bean Chili

This came out flavorful and thick.
We like it over fried polenta.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 clove
garlic, chopped
15 oz
can tomato sauce
1/2 medium
onion, diced
1 tsp
chili powder
1/2 tsp
ground cumin
1/2 tsp
ground oregano
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown ground beef in medium pot till crumbled and cooked through.
Drain off the excess fat.

Add onion and garlic cooking till translucent.

Pour in tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and cayenne.

Cover and simmer on low for 2 to 3 hours. Stirring once in a while to prevent scorching.

Enjoy any way you like, on polenta, hot dogs, in a bowl with cheese and chips, oh just let your creativity go wild.
