Pre-heat your grill on high. Salt and pepper the veal chops and drizzle with the three ttbsp.olive oil. Grill each chop for 3-4 minutes per side,more for well done. Remove from heat and cover with foil to keep warm.
Toss the cut endive,radicchio,onion with the salt,pepper,garlic powder,olive oil and balsamic vinegar. grill the vegetables until grill marks appear,set to the side. Add the cherry tomato halves to the marinade with the chopped basil,toss to coat.
Place a sheet of foil on the grill and using a slotted spoon,scoop the tomato mixture onto the foil,grill for two minutes. Place the grilled vegetable on the plate followed by one veal chop,garnish with the tomato compote and enjoy! :)
