Thought I would post this recipe... It's almost Grillin Time and Gotta have a great burger to start the BBQ Grillin Season off right !!!!

Ingredients

1 lb
buffalo ground beef - lean
1 can(s)
tomato soup - your choice
1/2 tsp
hot sauce - i use tobasco
1 c
blue cheese - crumbled - i use boar's head brand
4
hamburger buns
2 dash(es)
red pepper flakes - or to taste
1 tsp
garlic salt
1 small
onion - chopped
8
thick sliced bacon - cripy

Step-By-Step

1Combine buffalo burger with all ingredients EXCEPT for the soup, blue cheese, bacon and hot sauce.
2Shape 4 patties and place in skillet and cook till your likeness.

Remove from the pan and set aside for a moment.
3Add the soup and hot sauce to the skillet and heat on low till bubbly.

Place the burgers back into the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove and place on a bun and top with the blue cheese and 2 slices each of the bacon.

Add your favorite condiments and serve with frys
