Pound out the Thin Steaks. Place Italian Parsley, garlic in a food processor and pulse until finely minced. Mix together all ingredients excluding prosciutto. Use even amounts of all ingredients into center of steak, add Prosciutto and roll up tightly securing each end of steaks with toothpicks so filling doesn't come out. Place in pot with tomato sauce and let simmer on low for about 3 hours. Serve over bed of pasta. Enjoy with your choice of Red Wine.
