My Sister Midge showed me this recipe one time when I went to visit her. Its a tasty way to treat yourself without the guilt of eating a whole pizza!
Quick and Easy ready in 15 minutes.
Uses fresh ingredients.
Very Yummy

pinch tips: How to Peel Hard Boiled Eggs


1 pkg
whole wheat muffins
1 jar(s)
spaghetti sauce regular or low fat
1 pkg
1 pkg
mozzarella cheese or cheese of your choice
1 c
chopped mushrooms
add your own favorites, onion, olives etc

Directions Step-By-Step

Assemble your favorite pizza toppings
spray light coating on electric skillet or cookie sheets.
Spoon on Sauce
Add Cheese
Add other toppings
Cover electric skillet and cook on low till melted.For oven use cookie sheets lightly sprayed,and set on low.
Sprinkle on dried basil and enjoy!
