Tilapia sandwiches w/ slaw

I make this for my diabetic mom and she loves it, especially since it's low in carbs!!
The taste is simple, yet wonderful!

Ingredients

5-oz fresh tilapia fillets.
2 Tbsp
light mayonnaise
2 tsp
lemon juice
2 c
coleslaw mix, w/out the dressing.
4
slices, thick-cut wholewheat bread, toasted.
2 Tbsp
bbq sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Rinse fish, pat dry. Spray both sides of fish w/ cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium. Place fish over heat on grill. Grill about 6 min, turning once, or until fish flakes easily. In bowl, stir together mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add slaw mix and toss to coat well. Toast bread. Spoon cabbage mix onto each slice of bread, top w/ fish fillet. Drizzle w/ BBQ sauce.
