Baked Parmesan Cod
This works with any kind of fish.

- fillets of cod (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 c
- 3 Tbsp
- parmesan cheese ; grated
- 2 Tbsp
- sliced green onions or chives
- 1/2 tsp
- lea & perrins white wine worcestershire marinade
1Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.
2In a small mixing bowl combine all the ingredients ( except the fish ) and mix well until smooth.
3Slather the mixture all around the fillets and place in a grease a 9x9 baking dish ; spread any remaining mixture on top of fish.
4Bake uncovered @ 450° for 12-15 minutes.
