3 lb roasting chicked cut into pieces

onion powder
1 tsp
cummin powder
1 tsp
red chile power

clove crushed garlic
1 tsp
crushed fresh ginger
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/8 tsp
pepper
1/2 c
plain yogurt

combine all the spices and yogurt,

place the chicken into the spice mixture and mix the chicken well in the spices.

the chicken must marinate in a covered dish in the refrigrator for 6 hrs, or over night.
