hungry for chicken salad and trying to cut back on calories. I created this from a conglomeration of recipes. It should be low-cal, if someone on WW would calculate it for me, that would be great.

Ingredients

1/2 c
helman's reduced fat mayo with olive oil
3 Tbsp
ken's steak house lite sweet vidalia onion dressing
9 1/2 oz
can of white chicken, packed in water
2-3
ribs of celery, diced
8
baby carrots ran though food chopper
1/4 medium
green pepper, diced
1/4 c
cherry craisins (a small palm full)
1/4-1/2 tsp
celelry seed

Step-By-Step

1Drain chicken, save juice for another use. (Sauteing instead of oil, chicken soup etc.)
2Flake and shred chiken in med bowl
3Add: carrots, celery, gr pepper, celery seed and craisins toss to combine
4Mix mayo and dressing together, stir into chicken mixture. Chill and serve on: bread, crackers, or lettuce leafs....stuff into celery, any way you eat your chicken salad.
5You could add a chopped apple for more fiber, or used different dried fruit. This is colorful, crunchy and flavorful;but now swimming in mayo.
