Sumptuous Low Fat Chicken Almondine

(4oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
fat free sour cream
course ground black pepper
adobo seasoning mix
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees with oven rack set in the center of oven.
Spray 7x11 inch baking dish.
Tear pastrami into pieces and place in the bottom of baking dish.
Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon and place over pastrami in pan.
Mix together Cream of mushroom soup, garlic, and spices until well mixes and spoon over chicken pieces.
Sprinkle with Toasted almonds.
Bake 1 hour or until chicken reaches 165 degrees on an oven thermometer.
