This is a Ron Douglas copycat recipe. He says you cant tell the difference, and neither can I! It came with no flour to seasonings ratio. I used 2 cups of flour and doubled the seasonings. Turned out prefect!

Ingredients

1 tsp
oregano, dried
1 tsp
chili powder
1 tsp
ground sage
1 tsp
dried basil
1 tsp
dried marjoram
1 tsp
pepper
2 tsp
salt
2 Tbsp
paprika
1 tsp
onion salt
1 tsp
garlic powder
2 Tbsp
accent (msg)
2 c
flour

Step-By-Step

1Double the seasonings, mix into the 2 cups of flour. beat 2 eggs with 2 tsp. of water, set aside. If you want crispy chicken, crumble up 4 cups of plain cornflakes. First dip chicken into egg mixture, then into flour mixture, then back ino egg mixture, the dip into cornflakes (cornflakes are optional).
2I use the cornflakes for crispy chicken, so I use a cast iron skillet with oil to fry. It keeps the cornflakes intact. Once I heat up the oil I turn the burner down on low heat to prevent burning the cornflakes. Cook until golden brown.
