In a medium bowl combine the first 4 ingredients with a whisk until well blended. Then pour over the chicken in a slow cooker. Cook on low heat for about 4 to 5 hours or on high for about 2 to 3 hours.
Cook pasta as directed on the package & drain. Serve with the chicken mixture & parsley.
Special Tip: For a non-alcoholoc variation substitute with water or chicken broth.
