Easy Picante Pizza

Quick,and delicious, these zesty "pizzas" use flour tortillas for the crust. They're a great solution for busy nights, but they're so good, you'll want to make them all the time. Easy for kids to help with.
Try with pepperoni, or veggies too!

Ingredients

flour tortillas (8-inch each)
16 oz
pace picante sauce
1 1/2 c
cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 c
shredded monterey jack cheese
3 large
green onions, sliced

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 450^.
Place tortillas onto 2 baking sheets covered with foil-spray foil with cooking spray- the spray tortillas with the cooking spray on both sides. Bake for 5 minutes or until the tortillas are golden.
Spread about 1/4 cup picante sauce onto each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Top with the chicken, cheese and onions.
Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
