Ingredients

3/4 c
cooked diced chicken
3 Tbsp
sliced almonds
1 1/2 c
shredded swiss cheese
3 large
eggs
1 1/2 c
milk
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
mace
1/8 tsp
pepper
2 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
3/4 c
bisquick baking mix
1
avocado, scooped out and mashed with the sour cream
1 c
dairy sour cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine chicken and almonds and spread in the bottom of a buttered 10-inch pie plate; add swiss cheese,on top.
In a blender on high, beat together Bisquick, eggs, salt, mace, and pepper for 15 seconds-until smooth. Pour carefully into pie plate. SprinkleParmesann on top. Bake in 400^ for 30 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with a dollop of avocado and sour cream blended together.
