onion, chopped

unpeeled red potatoes, juiienned

shredded cabbage

thinly sliced celery

water
salt and prppet to taste

In a large skillet, brown beef and onions, Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
